International License Transfer

OUT-OF-STATE/OUT-OF-COUNTRY NON-CREDENTIALED PATHWAY TO LICENSURE
If you have cosmetology training and/or work experience obtained outside the State of Oregon, whether in another State or outside the United States, please follow the process described below:

To have out-of-state or out-of-country training/certification/employment evaluated to determine whether you can take the licensing exam in Oregon, please provide the following:
- Copies of any out-of-country or out-of-state cosmetology documentation, including transcripts, certificates, diplomas, licenses, work history. Do not send originals.
